Buy & Sell · Our technology
The ATL Engine.
One AI. Every variable.
Human decision.
We did not build a broker with a nice website. We built the engine the industry never had: a single intelligence that holds everything a flight desk, an acquisition adviser and a sales broker need to know, at the same time, and never forgets. It does the work. A person makes the decision.
What one intelligence knows
Thirteen domains, one model, no hand offs.
A traditional brokerage spreads this knowledge across people, spreadsheets, inboxes and memory. ATL holds it in one place, updates it continuously, and reasons across all of it at once. That is why the same engine can charter a flight, advise a purchase and run a sale.
| Domain | Where it lived | Where it lives now |
|---|---|---|
| Operators and fleets | A broker's phone book | One hundred plus operators, agreements, response rates, fleet position |
| Aircraft and performance | Manufacturer PDFs, memory | Five hundred types: speed, climb, range, fuel curve, runway need |
| Airports and handling | Emails with FBOs | Two thousand plus fee schedules, slots, handling, curfews |
| Fuel and positioning | Estimated by hand | Live fuel price by airport, nearest real aircraft, empty flying priced honestly |
| Maintenance and status | Asked at the last minute | Programmes, inspections due, airworthiness status in the aircraft file |
| Market prices and history | Gut feeling | Every quote and every transaction, per route, category, season and operator |
| Empty legs | A list, refreshed sometimes | Continuous matching, including near matches, with operator confirmation |
| Client preferences | In someone's head | Cabin, catering, pets, airports, budget: remembered and applied |

01 / 03
“Tomorrow I need to be in London with six people and back in the evening.”
ATL reads the sentence, computes route, wind, fuel and fees, finds the aircraft genuinely available across the network and returns priced options in minutes. A person confirms the tail number within the hour.
“I fly about 250 hours a year, mostly Europe, but ten times a year I go to the United States. What should I buy?”
ATL analyses the mission profile and proposes categories and compatible aircraft with costs and trade-offs. The client makes the final choice, with a person beside them.
The owner enters the serial number and the documentation.
ATL builds the aircraft file, the comparables, the market positioning, the document room, the listing and the lead qualification. The human broker steps in for the negotiation and the closing.
The sales mandate
How we sell a private jet.
A mandate with Atljet is not a listing fee and a PDF. It is a process with dates, a data room, qualified buyers and a person accountable for the outcome. Exclusive or open, the engine works the same; exclusivity buys you priority in outreach and a fixed weekly report.

| Phase | What happens | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Intake | Serial number, logbooks, programmes, interior and avionics records uploaded to your private room | Complete aircraft file, gaps flagged |
| 2. Valuation | Comparables from every relevant transaction, adjusted for hours, cycles, programmes, refurbishment and market timing | Price range with rationale, positioning against live listings |
| 3. Listing | Product sheet, photography brief, document room with permissioned access, distribution plan | Live listing on the AI Jet Marketplace and partner channels |
| 4. Outreach | Operators, owners, family offices and brokers matched to the aircraft profile; every lead qualified by the engine before a person calls | Weekly report: views, room access, qualified interest |
| 5. Negotiation | A named broker, with the data, handles offers, inspections and terms | Letter of intent, inspection, resolution of findings |
| 6. Closing | Escrow, title, registration, delivery, entry into service with the new owner | Keys handed over, records transferred |

Qualified interest
Buyers matched by mission
Operators and owners whose flying fits this aircraft, before anyone calls.
Access to the document room is granted by the seller's broker after buyer qualification.
Principles
AI for the work. People for the relationship.
Human oversight
No price, aircraft or contract becomes binding without a person. In line with the EU AI Act, every AI output is reviewed.
Transparent numbers
Every figure can be traced to routing, fuel, fees, comparables or history. If we cannot show the line, we do not show the number.
Learning that stays yours
Your preferences and history make your next request better. They are never sold and never used for advertising.
Vetted supply only
The engine only reasons over operators with a valid certificate, a current safety audit and insurance above our minimums.
