1. Tell us the trip
Route, date and an approximate time, number of passengers, children and pets, luggage (skis, golf bags, large cases), and anything you want on board or on the ground: catering, a car at both ends, a quiet cabin to work. The more precise the request, the more precise the first price.
2. Get the options
The desk checks which aircraft are free and where they are, and sends two or three options: the aircraft type and year, the seats, the flight time and the total price, airport costs included. An honest option always names the aircraft; a price without an aircraft is a placeholder.
3. Check before you pay
Ask who operates the aircraft and under which air operator certificate, what is included, and the cancellation terms. Then sign the charter agreement and pay; most operators require payment before the flight.
4. The day of the flight
You receive the tail number, the crew names, the terminal address and the passenger details to confirm. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before departure; at many terminals the car drives to the aircraft. Passports are checked in minutes and the bags go on board with you.
